We had an absolutely spectacular turnout for Pride this year! Thank you to everyone who sat at the booth, painted nails, helped get the float built, and walked with us in the parade! You helped make this Pride super special and full of color!

If you took pictures or videos of our booth or of our parading, please email them to me, Alyssa Knights, so I can compile them all in one place.

I would like to give a special shout out to:

• Jeaneen and Randy Bingner who supplied the truck and trailer.
• Lisa Hayes for helping coordinate the truck and trailer.
• Jerry Carden and Tim Temple who helped create the base of the chalice and brought a fan to get the chalice really moving!
• Martin Stock-Ward, Mick McEnroe, Az Guan, Pat McClard (and family) Jane and Ean Behr, and anyone else I am missing who helped construct an AMAZING recreation of the Rose Window!
• Randy Sims who helped paper mache the Chalice top as well as help me troubleshoot the Chalice flames, and did a spectacular job walking that banner during the parade.
• Julia Cronin, Kris Kunka, Phoebe Weber, Melissa Watson, nail painters extraordinaire.
• Jim Wuersch and Aaron Slayton who brought their tent and cars to help set up and tear down, and everything else you did to help support during the weekend and leading up to Pride
• Joe Monfort for the wonderful flame idea for the chalice, and brought his tent and creativity for our booth and beyond. Your water weights were awesome!
• Everyone who manned the booth and helped bring the joy of UU to our Queer Community.
• Every person who walked in the parade and to our AMAZING AMAZING people who made amazing hats, you guys are legendary.
• Roxie Howard who is a balloon magician and helped us inflate over 3 THOUSAND balloons for our 22 balloon hats and for our float and rainbow hearts. Your work is always amazing and being even a small part in helping out with that was an honor.

To everyone else who helped with the creation of this amazing Pride celebration, just know you helped make a lasting impression on not only on our congregation but beyond our congregation into the greater community.

You guys rock.

Let’s do it even better next year.
